Hey, I'm Adam
VanZee and I'm a condo specialist with NP Dodge.
Living in Omaha my entire life, I am very familiar
with this great city. I grew up in the Millard
area and went through its school system before going
to college. I'm currently enrolled at UNO
getting my degree in Real Estate and Land Use
Development.
Ever since visiting
Chicago as a child, I've always been interested in
development (especially the urban core). Chicago
had many great things I wanted to bring back to
Omaha. It has always been my dream to change
Omaha, make it better than anyone could imagine.
What drove me into
the real estate sales side of the industry was that I
realized Omaha was changing and condos were emerging
more prevalently in the market. At this time
something popped in to my head, I need to let people
in on the secret of urban living and help them negate
the market with someone who knows.
I'm building Omaha
up, not by developing a new building, but exposing the
great life of living downtown. Besides, the
people is what makes Omaha so great.
